Secretary of the Chuzhou Municipal Party Committee Conducted an Inspection and Research Visit to Metaways

The management team of Metaways accompanied the whole inspection.

1. On-site Visit: Inspect Core Strength & Explore Innovation Momentum

During the research, Secretary Wu Jin and his entourage paid field visits to Metaways’ next-generation driver products, core laboratories and intelligent manufacturing demonstration base. Centering on the enterprise’s core competitive edges, the research group observed Metaways’ driver products and technical achievements, and listened carefully to the enterprise’s report covering independent R&D, technical breakthroughs, production capacity layout, market expansion and long-term strategic planning.

Secretary Wu made targeted inquiries about the enterprise’s breakthroughs in core technology research, patent accumulation, domestic substitution and cutting-edge scenario application. He gained an in-depth understanding of Metaways’ comprehensive competitiveness and industrial potential, and spoke highly of its solid technical foundation and leading market position.

2. Symposium Discussion: Seek Synergies & Pursue Win-win Cooperation

At the bilateral forum, Metaways’ management extended a warm welcome to Secretary Wu Jin and the visiting delegation, and expressed sincere gratitude for the consistent care and policy support from Chuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.

3. Project Focus: Accelerate Construction Pace & Build Industrial Benchmark

Both sides held in-depth exchanges over the construction progress of Metaways’ Chuzhou-based project. The Phase I 12-inch silicon-based OLED micro-display module project located in Sino-Singapore Suzhou-Chuzhou High-tech Zone involves a total investment of RMB 2 billion. Launched on April 28, 2025, the project finished main structure topping out on December 4, 2025 with efficient construction, and follow-up auxiliary facilities construction is now in full swing.

Secretary Wu encouraged the company to strictly follow construction schedules, refine construction management, speed up remaining works under guaranteed quality and safety standards, and build the project into an industrial benchmark leveraging its technical advantages. Relevant local authorities will keep optimizing resource guarantee and providing proactive whole-process supporting services. Joint efforts by the government and enterprise will facilitate early completion, commissioning and production of the project to fuel the upgrading and expansion of Chuzhou’s new display industry.

As a landmark key investment project introduced by Chuzhou, the 12-inch silicon-based OLED micro-display module project will inject strong impetus into Chuzhou’s high-quality development. Against the backdrop of dual-circle linkage, it consolidates industrial foundations for Chuzhou’s in-depth integration into the Yangtze River Delta integrated development strategy. The project will also help Anhui Province fulfill its goals of building the "Three Zones & One Base" and realizing three major new progresses, foster clustered development of emerging industries, fully embodying Metaways’ corporate responsibility and development mission.
